EventPay ("we", "us") operates the registration and payment platform at this site. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. By creating an account or registering for an event, you agree to the practices described here.

Information we collect

When you register, we collect the details you provide — your name, email address, phone number, team information, and any notes you add. To process payments we collect transaction details, and our payment processor, Stripe, handles card data directly without it passing through our servers. We also receive your IP address and browser information when you visit the site.

How we use information

We use your information to create and manage registrations, process deposits and balances, send confirmation and reminder emails, manage waitlists, generate administrative ledgers and summaries, and provide support. Organizers use the same platform to run their events and may access registration data for the events they administer.

Sharing & retention

We share data only with service providers that help us operate — such as Stripe for payment processing and Google Sheets for optional exports — and as required by law. We keep your registration and payment records for as long as needed to provide the service and meet legal and accounting obligations.

Your choices
